Apartments Bialka Tatrzanska "kotelba"

The hotel looks new the rooms also look good from what was disappointing: - terrible internet, it practically does not work, wifi works with huge interruptions, often just nothing loads, as on the screenshot. Mobile communication also works autumn badly, poor coverage. So you are left practically without communication - the rooms have terrible ventilation (it is practically absent) not counting a hole in the wall from which stank food from the neighbouring room half of the night. - very disappointed with the SPA, it looks not bad on the photo and in real life, but it is absolutely useless, a lot of empty space, 2 huge common showers without a partition and to all this there are practically no beds and hangers, near the showers and steam rooms there is no possibility even to hang a dressing gown, everything is lying wherever. There is no drinking water in the spa!!! You can't even buy it there, if you want to drink you have to go to the restaurant 😅 but there you will be given a bottle of water in glass, and you can't bring it into the spa 😂 that's the paradox.

The hotel was spotless, our apartment was spacious, spotless too, spa, sauna, showers and the salt room were amazing and clean. The all staff were friendly and very helpful. The restaurant meals were very good and tasty, I highly recommend to eat there. The only downside were a cocktails, alcoholic didn't taste like alcoholic, and non alcoholic were too sweet. The road to the hotel was full of potholes but it maybe we not belong to the hotel so it's hard to judge whose fault it is. Anyway, our stay was perfect and I highly recommend this place ❣️

I am very pleased with my stay at Aparthotel Diamond. We bought an apartment with a kitchenette and breakfast option in the Family section. Very cozy room, well-equipped kitchenette (including a dishwasher). Tasty breakfasts, large selection. Good coffee from the espresso machine. In this part there is also a billiards table and play areas for children (the younger ones) + a game console. In the new Aqua part you can use the swimming pool (we are impressed by the beautiful swimming pool with a glass edge), 3 jacuzzis, 2 saunas. Additionally, we used the Spa - massages and amazing atmosphere :) The lady who gave us the massage was very nice :) Nice surroundings - peace and quiet - but next to the main street in Białka Tatrzańska. Nice service and good food in the a la carte restaurant. I rate the stay 5+ :) Value for money 6. Best regards

The stay at the AQUA facility met expectations. We knew what facility we were going to, what was and what wasn't there, nothing surprised us in the negative. The room is modernly decorated, but with cool Podhale accents. The quality of the room equipment is top-notch. We took advantage of the breakfast offer - everyone could find something for themselves, the only thing we missed was warm milk for our younger daughter - but we could easily ask the staff to warm it up in the kitchen. The pool is nice, not microscopic at all, the water temperature is ok - unless someone goes directly from one of the three hot jacuzzis, but that's physics ;). A nice detail is the well-treated water in the installation. We spent a nice few days here, we recommend it to everyone. The price is a bit high, but it's probably better in the off-season.
